Merry Christmas from Jacksonville!

Merry Christmas from warm Jacksonville, FL!

It has been a few years since we were in Jacksonville for Christmas Day. We enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Hannah LOVED opening presents! She opened all of her own and some of Andrew's and anyone else who would let her "help" open theirs too.

Hannah got lots of fun toys, babies, baby bottles, a doll house, another toy house, and lots of clothes. Andrew got some toys too, and is sharing them with Hannah until he is big enough to take them back from her! =)

We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. Here are a few pictures to tie you over until we get back to Louisville.

Getting Ready for Christmas

Making cookies with the kids. Hannah was SO happy to be close enough to the bowl to eat cookie dough. Andrew was not so happy. He couldn't eat any.
I attempted to get some Christmas pictures on the couch but it did NOT work. Here is Hannah playing with my Christmas mice that sing.

I may have posted this super cute picture of my sweet boy in his "Precious Gift" Christmas bib, but here it is again. I love this smile!

Mommy can we open the box with the Christmas tree?

Coloring by the tree. I decorated it very minimal this year because this is the first year that Hannah has been interested in the tree and all the "balls" on the tree!

Andrew loves sitting in his bumbo now!

Yummy cookies and icing!

Picture Tag

So I was tagged by Viv to pick the 4th folder of where I store pictures and pick the 4th photo in that folder. Then explain.
This is my mother-in-law (AKA Grandma) with her two FAVORITE grandkids! This was the first time she met Andrew.

Great Times with Family

These few blog posts are going to be picture heavy, but I'm sure you all don't mind!
Here is me, Hannah, Andrew, and Gloria on the swing outside the house. Hannah called Gloria "Glory". So cute!

Hannah loved Grace (in the red hair who is holding Hannah) and would call her "cray".

While in Alabama, we attended Tom and Lynne's wedding. Tom is my Dad's youngest cousin and Lynne is the one who is marrying into all this craziness! I don't have a picture of the happy couple, but I do have this family picture. First one since Drew was born!

Here is Poppy and Hannah. He is letting her eat a peppermint oreo (SO YUM-O!!) and she has crumbs on her hand that shouldn't be there. hee hee.

This was Uncle Steven's first time to meet baby Andrew.

Andrew had met Aunt Laura before, but this was the first picture we got of them together.

Andrew got to meet Uncle Jon too!

Thanksgiving Pictures

We had a great time in Alabama with family. Andrew enjoyed all the entertainment of all the bigger kids and Hannah LOVED playing outside with her cousins no matter how cold it was. She would even pick to go outside over coloring!!

My sweet Andrew with his turkey bib on. I just love those big blue eyes.

We went to go see the huge Christmas light display at the botanical gardens in Huntsville. This was Hannah's expression the whole time. She was just in awe of all the lights.

On Monday night while we were there Aunt Sharon and I had a chocolate tasting party. It was great with 14 ladies in attendance. Lots of chocolate was eated and the party was a huge success.

Hannah LOVED the cat. She would wake up in the morning and say "MEOW" about 10 times until someone would let the cat in for her to play with.

Aunt Sharon had so much fun with Hannah and Andrew.

It's Coming!

My update on Thanksgiving and Christmas details etc are coming. Being out of town for over a week and no good internet connection can leave you feeling really behind. When I get the house in order you will hear from me again...

Andrew is 4 Months Old!

Wow! My baby boy turned 4 months this week. He had his doctor's appointment and did great. He didn't even cry during his first shot! So brave! He is sleeping great and I am really enjoying watching him be more alert. He is also noticing toys and is trying to reach and grab them. He has had success a few times and the item has gone straight in his mouth! Andrew has also started drooling - A LOT. I don't know if teeth are right around the corner?

Hannah is saying more and more and more every single day. She is learning how to ask for things instead of just saying "please" about 20 times in a row until we figure out what she wants. Hannah also is becoming more aware of her diaper and when it needs to be changed. When she feels it is too wet she tells me! Maybe potty training is right around the corner too?

Josh has a few more weeks left in the school year and I just can't WAIT for it to be over. I know he can't either. Only 2 papers and 2 finals left. YEAH!

I am enjoying my new chocolate business! It is SO yummy. =) I have tried to work out more so I can eat more chocolate. So far it is working. Business is going well and I am hoping to get more parties on the books for December. There are so AWESOME hostess specials for December!!

Lastly, we are all excited that the Gators won again this week! Last week when FL played Vandy, Josh and I got to go to the game and my Aunt Sharon watched the kiddos for me. It was great (and super cold). We got to see Mr. and Mrs. Tebow which was nice too.

I think that is all the news for now. More stuff and pictures to come...

My Birthday Pictures!

As Josh told me on my birthday, I am "over the hill"... 26!! Not quite over the hill, but almost. =)
Sorry for the delay in uploading my pictures. I sat down to do it either Friday night or Saturday morning and our internet (which has been on and off over the past week) wasn't working and then I didn't have time to try and fix it AND do the pictures. So anyways, pray for our internet!
Here are some pictures of the events of the past few days...

My cute little pumpkin girl! She is holding the "Hannah Montana" singing birthday card she got me.

Happy Birthday to me!

My oh so yummy birthday cake from Homemade Ice Cream and pie kitchen!!

My little pumpkin boy! (with the undressed Chick-fil-a cow) Hannah loves giving Andrew this cow to hold.

SMILEY! SO CUTE. (just look at that belly on Andrew!)

Hannah and Daddy at the table at Red Robin where we went to eat for my birthday.

Me and Andrew on the other side of the table.

Trick or treat! I'm so cute! Give me candy!

At the end of a long and fun family day Hannah was ready to sit down and enjoy her candy. She is eating smarties in this picture... You are probably wondering why my pumpkin is wearing a bow. Pumpkins don't wear bows! So, I have to note that her cute pumpkin outfit did come with an oh-so-cute pumpkin hat with stem on top but Hannah did NOT want to wear this. SO, I made a bow instead.

New Pictures

My Grandma Lesta came for a visit. Here are a few pictures. Also, Chick-fil-A had a Super Hero and Princess Night that we went to. Wade was the cow, Hannah was a princess, and Andrew was a super hero, although, I am still not sure what kind!

New Pictures - LOTS OF THEM!

So I have been lazy the past two weeks in uploading pictures for our family far far away and now they will be happy with me again because I have uploaded all these wonderfully cute pictures. Enjoy!

Here is Andrew's first three month picture. Isn't that face so sweet! I wanted to get a full body shot so you could see how big he was, but I was only going to get the package deal (one pose only) and so I had to get this super cute head shot.

Here is me attempting one of the cute poses that was done at the studio... it didn't really work and Andrew looks like a deer in the headlights... =)

Andrew is now big enough for the baby einstein. Hannah is enjoying it more than him right now.

Here is a cute smile for mommy...

This is one of Hannah's new favorite things to do. Strap herself into her highchair. (she also likes doing her carseat too but isn't as good at it. She will strap herself in, ask me to unstrap her so she can do it all over again. I think she did this for almost an hour the other day while I was cleaning the kitchen!!

I LOVE this smile! Now when we get the camera out Hannah says "CHEESE". She is even smiling big enough you can see all her little teeth.

Hannah's other fun thing to do is color. I wish I could write it how she says "color" because it is so cute. She will color a mark or two, gasp and say, "pretty!" and then color some more.

Thank you to Grandma and Great Grandma Dot who bought Hannah this giggling baby and carrier. She carries it all over the house. One of these days I will let her take it with her to Target and I can carry Drew and Hannah can carry her baby. Won't people think we are too cute!

And she's off again!

A rest...

...and lastly...

Where's Hannah?

There she is!!
