Christmas Pictures

Merry Christmas! We had a warmer Christmas than I hoped for and so it was rainy instead of a snowy Christmas. We had a good Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with only a few meltdowns. :) The kids enjoyed opening presents and playing with new toys. We also talked to family via Skype which was great for the grandparents and family to see the kiddos. The Cummings family came over for Christmas dinner and I was glad most of the food I made was eaten! Here are a few pictures from the day. (somehow I was only the photographer and not photographed)

I do have to also say these are all out of order because blogger is not letting me reorganize them.

Hannah and Andrew at Hannah's new princess table she got from Grandma and Grandpa.

Josh and his football reindeer stocking.

Hannah and her stocking.

Andrew and his stocking.

Kids in their matching sweaters. I even have a newborn one for Micah that looks just like Andrew's!! :) I can't wait to get my boys matching things. I love how Andrew is smiling at Hannah in this picture.

Both looking. I can see my Mom's smile in Andrew's grin. (I miss you Mom!!)

Hannah with her new playdoh set.

Opening the big present from Grandma and Grandpa!! (we made her open it last)

Andrew opening a present. (oh so serious!)

Happy New Year! I can't wait for 2010 and to meet my sweet (and very active) Micah!!

It is December?

I can't hardly believe the date every time I write it. December already?! Ever since last year I have been planning for this Christmas and tree. I got a pre-lit tree on clearance at Target last year and have been buying Gator ornaments and blue and orange decorations all year. Here is our new tree!
Thanks to Grandma Dot and Josh's parents we already have TONS of presents under the tree!! :) Thankfully Andrew has been doing really good keeping his hands off the presents. He mostly likes the blue and orange "candy canes" around the bottom of the tree. The kids most favorite thing is the singing Christmas mice I have gotten over the years. This year I have already replaced the batteries in 3 of the 7 mice. ha ha

In family news, Josh has finished the semester and his finals. YEAH! We are happy to get him a few extra hours a day.
Hannah has become the performer and loves to make toys and other items her microphone and sing and dance along the couch. She also likes Mommy and Andrew to be her class so she can tell a story about Jesus. So sweet!
Andrew has become such a big boy. He is going to make a great big brother. He has started helping Mommy with laundry, diapers, and anything else I will let him help with. He is so loving and given me big hugs and kisses. I love my boy!
Baby Micah is SUPER active and loves it when I drink my daily dose of caffeine. He dances and kicks around so much. We all can't wait to meet him in March!!!!!

Merry Christmas Season!!

21 Weeks

I am just past 21 weeks this week and am over half way to meeting baby!! It is so exciting to think about. I feel like I haven't been showing that much at all if any. BUT, I wonder if I have "popped" overnight? This picture seems to show a little more of a bump that I thought I had.

Baby seems to be moving ALL the time and I can feel some really good kicks. It is so comforting feeling him move and know he is okay!
We have decided on a name for baby brother. (drum roll please...)

Micah Evan Tillman

Hannah is already asking about "baby Micah" and getting things ready for "baby Micah in Mommy's tummy"! So sweet! Andrew... doesn't have a clue. That's okay! I know he'll be excited to have a little brother.

More news is on the horizon and I hope to be updating soon!

Happy Birthday to ME!

Today I turned 27! Or, according to Hannah, TWO! :) I had a great birthday. The kids slept in until about 9:30 this morning so we got some extra sleep. We ate breakfast and then I got to open presents! Andrew, Kolby, and Kolby's parents came over to watch the Gator game with us. We took pictures and ate cake and half time. Here is our family!

My super yummy cake!

First Pictures of Baby Brother

Here are a few pictures of baby brother. You will see baby's head on the left side and a slightly blurry profile. The slender objects wiggling to the right are his feed. He was VERY active throughout the whole ultrasound.

This proves we are going to have a boy!!

18 weeks 3 days

I am 18 weeks and 3 days along in my pregnancy. I am still craving beef and spicy things just like I did with Hannah. I am STILL having morning sickness this late on in my pregnancy... but Josh and I went to the ultrasound today and found out we are going to have a baby boy! Part of me was ready for the surprise of baby number three to be not what I expected, but part of me really thought I was having another girl. Overall, I wanted to see today that baby was alive, healthy, and growing great.

Everything looked wonderful on the ultrasound and baby boy is measuring in at 18 weeks 6 days. (does this mean he might decide to show up early? - I can only hope!!)
I will post some pictures of the ultrasound over the weekend for you to see. :)

15 Week Checkup

I had a prenatal checkup yesterday and it went well. I am still working to gain some weight back that I lost from all the morning sickness. But am not worried about that at all. My morning sickness is almost, dare I say it - GONE! Whew! I am so glad to be out of that stage of pregnancy.

I got to hear the little heartbeat and baby sounded good. The doctor had to really chase around baby to get the heartbeat. He/she was on the move. My next appointment is October 23rd and we will get to find out the gender then. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!

Florida Visit and Football Game

Friday night we had a small birthday party for Jonathan for his 20th birthday party.

Here is Jonathan with his guitar birthday cake.

Me and Hannah

Saturday Josh's parents watched Hannah and Andrew while Josh and I (with Kolby and Andrew) headed to the Florida/Tennessee game. He is a picture of Albert the gator dressed as Mr. Two-bits. So cute!

The four of us at the game.

Our first date since the Gator Orange and Blue game in April...

We enjoyed our visit and seeing everyone, even if it was just for a short while. Family, all we have to say is, "Tag you're it!" Come visit us now!! :)

Gator Football Saturday

Our family is enjoying the fall football season as we root for our Florida Gators!

Hannah and Mommy in our Gator gear. (squished belly shot almost 13 weeks)

Kolby and Hannah

Kolby and her husband Andrew hosted us for the Gator game. That was great because I still have pesky morning sickness and this would not have made me a good hostess. Also, notice Hannah's knee. She scraped it at the SBTS Fall Kickoff the night before. :(

Sweet Andrew napped most of the game which happened to fall right with his naptime. We didn't get a picture of him in his gear, but her is a cute one of his football shirt a few days before.

Hannah loves dressing and looking like mommy! She has been wearing her pink sun glasses around the house to copy her mommy wearing glasses. :) She is also wearing my necklace. So cute!!

Our family leaves tomorrow night with Kolby and Andrew Nordine to head to Jacksonville, and then to the FL game Saturday. So exciting!! Thankfully I have some anti-nausea pills to help me out with traveling. Keep us in your prayers!

Ready for Football!

August Update

We are still here! We have been keeping cool and having fun at home.

I have been fighting off morning sickness quite a bit. If Hannah sees me not feeling good, she will say, "Oh Mommy is sick." And if I am throwing up Hannah will announce to the whole house, "Mommy throwing up! Hey Mommy, you throw up?" (This keeps going until I affirm through heaves that yes, I am.) Nothing like going through morning sickness with a toddler in the house. :)

Our Hannah is SUPER smart. I am seeing this more and more everyday and am amazed at all the knowledge she can pick up in such a short time. She can count to 10, sing almost all her ABC's, knows her colors, shapes, and more. She talks constantly about everything, is super observant, and loves to help Mommy cook and clean and take care of Andrew. Now I ask you, how can such a smart girl not want to go do her business on the potty?

Andrew is learning new words and sounds. His brand new thing to say is "uh-O". So cute! He loves dogs and when he hears or sees a dog he makes this cute barking sound. He has also started walking with his walker/push toy. I know he is going to take off on his own very soon!

Baby, I hope, is doing well. I go next Tuesday for my official 1st trimester check-up and to hear the heartbeat. I can't wait! I am 10 weeks along this week.

Josh has started school and is taking 3 classes. He is also working full time and is very busy. I am so proud of Josh for all he does for our family.

I'll post next week from my dr visit.

6th Year Wedding Anniversary!!

Yesterday Josh and I celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary!! It has been an amazing six years and Josh is always understanding as this wasn't the first year I have had morning sickness on our anniversary.

Happy Anniversary Josh!! Here's to another 6 plus 96 more years of marriage!! I love you!

"Dish-ous"

Hannah has finally decided that she likes PBJ sandwiches. Whew! For the longest time she either thought the jelly was too sticky or thought I was hiding something she didn't like between the bread. ha. She calls the sandwich "butter and jelly sandwich". So we were eating our sandwiches the other night for dinner and I was singing "yum, yum, yum" between bites (Andrew thought it was funny), and Hannah stopped me. She said, "No, Mommy, not yummy, it dish-ous!" (delicious) So CUTE! I guess she has been paying attention to the Food Network!

We have been enjoying some cooler weather in the mornings (70's) and have been taking advantage of it and playing outdoors. A few mornings Hannah, Andrew, and I have been going on walks. I push Andrew in his stroller, and Hannah pushes her baby in her small stroller. :)

Hannah has a Fisher Price doll house that has some removeable furniture. One of those items is a toliet. The past two days she has been carrying around her "baby potty" and last night she slept with it in her crib! How weird! Maybe it's time to try potty training again?

Last note of news, if you haven't heard yet, I am pregnant again! Little brother or sister is due March 23rd, 2010. I am fighting the tiredness and morning/afternoon sickness but thankfully it hasn't been as bad as I had with Hannah. Keep us in your prayers!

Why I like the Kroger Shopping "CARS"

Yep, you heard me right. I like those bulky, sometimes hard to steer, shopping cars. Why? Because both of my children have a seat not with the groceries, their own steering wheel, and are more than happy to ride in the car instead of walking
On this trip we were shopping with some money GG gave us for snacks and special things. We got chocolate milk, goldfish, apple sauce, chocolate chip muffin mix, raisins, etc.

Yeah for Goldfish!!

This picture makes me laugh! Both kiddos fresh out of the bath and all clean!!

This picture has a good story! Robert (above on right) and my Aunt Jill came down to pick up GG to take her back to Indiana with them. We ate a Cracker Barrell while they were here and Andrew got into everything!! While were trying to take this picture Andrew got into the biscuits, spoons, butter, Robert's to go box, napkins, etc. Right before each picture is some craziness... which is why Robert and GG are laughing and Andrew is looking longingly at some item on the table. :)

Here is part of the other side of the table. Wade (with his eyes closed), my Aunt Jill, Hannah, and me.

Adopted for Life

The Together for Adoption Conference link at the top of our blog won us Dr. Russell Moore's book, Adopted for Life. We were one of the first 20 bloggers to put their link up. Part of the requirements was to post a picture of us with the book.

Here is my theologian, Josh, and future theologian, baby Andrew.

Poppy's Visit

Poppy (my dad) came to visit for the weekend. GG (Grandma Lesta) also came too! Poppy made this great swing set for a present for Andrew's birthday. As you can see Hannah is getting to enjoy the present too. The kids are going to have a BLAST swining in the comfort of our own backyard all summer. Thanks Poppy and Nana Jane!

Hannah having lots of fun in her PINK swing. Hannah loves the color pink!
